¶ Q：My whatsapp/line cannot make calls, what should I do?
In order to improve call quality, we recommend that you use a line with the |NF mark or choose a Taiwan IPLC line for connection.
¶ Q：Can't use chatGPT?
chatGPT blocks the global cloud computer room IP segment, please use the native IP line with the |NF mark in the VIP package to access.

¶ Q：Can't go to PTT?
1. The high-speed package does not support PTT access. If you are a user of VIP package or international package, you can try to use the US optimized or Hong Kong line to access.
2. Sometimes PTT’s IP is not blocked, and you can directly connect to the IP address of 140.112.x.x through JPTT without using Deer to connect.
¶ Q：Can't get on Dcard?
Dcard is still unable to connect, and we are still actively negotiating with the server manufacturer; occasionally Taiwan Dynamic|NF nodes or HongKong|NF nodes can be connected, you can try to connect and see.
¶ Q：Can't play games?
A: You can use TUN mode for game use. Please refer to the tutorial below for how to enable it.

¶ Q：Does Deer support TikTok?
Can be supported.
1.Do not use the Hong Kong server while using the service.
2.Do not insert a SIM card from Mainland China or Hong Kong into your phone before launching or while using the TikTok app; otherwise, TikTok will not work.
3.Disable device location services.
If TikTok still doesn't work, we recommend temporarily using a computer (Windows or Mac) to watch.
¶ Q：IG can't reorganize the status?
1. Check whether other web pages or apps that require VPN can be opened. When other web pages cannot be opened, please refresh the subscription first, and then test to see if the connection can be made.
2. Ask if there is a problem with the IG network connection. The main reason why IG cannot refresh the status is usually because the IG server is unstable. This has happened many times before.
3. Close the IG App and reopen it, then test to see if you can connect.
4. Restart the phone and test again to see if it can connect.
5. Log out of IG and log in again, and then test to see if you can connect; or test other people's accounts to see if you can connect. If you can connect, it means your account has been officially locked by IG.
6. Reinstall Instagram and test again to see if you can connect.
¶ Q：Netflix cannot connect using Taiwan line
1. The laptop needs to open the browser to access netflix.com to watch, and it does not support the use of applications.
2. Netflix will record your recent access IP, please try to use TW-D Taiwan dynamic line to access the netflix.com website. (While Netflix is on, try not to change nodes, otherwise it will easily trigger the Netflix risk control mechanism)
3. Please confirm that your Netflix account is not shared, otherwise it may also be blocked by Netlfix officials.
¶ Q: Netflix cannot connect using the browser, showing error code [D7702-1290]
Error code D7702-1290 usually indicates that the device’s browser or Netflix app needs an update, or there’s a technical issue affecting playback.
1.Disable hardware acceleration: This setting may interfere with Netflix playback. Go to your browser’s “Settings” or “Advanced Settings” to turn off hardware acceleration.
2.Update your browser to the latest version: Make sure you’re using the latest browser version to support Netflix’s playback requirements.
If the issue persists, consider restarting your device or trying another browser.
¶ Q: What should I do if I cannot receive the verification code when logging in to my mainland China version of Line account?
Mainland China mobile phone number login line method
1. Use your new phone to scan the QR code of your old phone to log in.
2. If you cannot log in to the line account on your old mobile phone, please register a new account and select Indonesia in the account location to register without a mobile phone verification code.
¶ Q: Can't use Microsoft Bing AI?
Please confirm the following yourself:
1. The Microsoft ID registration location cannot be China (including Hong Kong and Macau);
2. Please turn off device positioning.
3. Clear the browser or APP cache.
¶ Q: Why can't I send messages in a certain chatroom, or why are they stuck with a spinning icon?
A: This issue may be related to your current network environment, especially if you are using a VPN.
We recommend trying the following solutions:
Switch VPN nodes: Change to a node in another country to avoid blocked IP addresses.
Use Global Mode: Change your VPN setting from split tunneling to global mode so that all LINE traffic goes through the VPN tunnel.
Try a different Wi-Fi or use your mobile data, then reconnect to the VPN.
This type of issue is related to LINE's connection restrictions and not your account itself. It is usually resolved by adjusting your VPN settings.
