Please restart your device and try connecting again. Sometimes temporary cache issues can prevent DeerVPN from working properly.
¶ 3.Check the Karing home screen and refresh your subscription
- Please refresh your subscription before attempting to connect. Refer to the [Subscription Refresh Guide] for instructions.
- If you are unable to refresh, check whether you are using the latest version of Karing. If a red dot appears on the gear icon on the home screen, it indicates that an update is required.
- If refreshing still fails, verify that your system time is correct by visiting https://time.is to sync the time, then try refreshing again.
- If you still can't refresh, please refer to [Q: Karing can't connect?] for DNS reset instructions.
- We recommend trying to switch to a different network route and reconnect. Sometimes, the current route may be experiencing issues, which can cause connection failures.
- Check whether you've selected one of the global server routes listed below, and ensure the Connection Slider at the top of the home screen is switched on.
- Also confirm that your system time is correct by visiting https://time.is to sync your time and then try again.
