You can permanently delete your Lubi VPN account and its associated data at any
time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
- Open Lubi VPN and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Data & Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately once confirmed.
If you no longer have the app installed, you do not need to reinstall it.

Please send the request from the email address registered to your account and
include "Delete Account" in the subject line. We will verify ownership of the
account before processing the request.
- Your account and login credentials. Your email address is replaced with an
irreversible hash and cannot be recovered.
- Your profile and the subscription status associated with your account.
- Most other account-related information, which is deleted promptly upon
deletion of your account.
- Limited payment references, where reasonably necessary for billing, refund
handling, and dispute resolution.
- Very limited security-related records, where reasonably necessary for abuse
prevention or legal compliance.
- Limited connection metadata, generally retained f or up to 90 days, and longer
only where reasonably necessary for service security, abuse prevention, or
legal compliance.
Certain deleted information may not be recoverable. We may delete or anonymize
information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes.

- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Active subscriptions are not automatically refunded, and any remaining subscription time will no longer be accessible.
- If you wish to use Lubi VPN again, you will need to create a new account.
