¶ Why do I need to refresh subscriptions through a proxy?
Because in some provinces (regions) in mainland China, restricted DNS resolution server domain names cannot connect to servers outside mainland China. In such a network environment, it has been confirmed that DNS resolution cannot be performed, and Alibaba DNS cannot perform refresh subscriptions. Refresh subscriptions can only be performed through the proxy server node.
The steps are as follows:
Click on the gear icon on the main panel
2. After opening the [Settings] option, select [Prefer proxy download to download profile], and pull the slider to the right so that the slider turns green.
3. When the current server node is valid, the current server node can be used for refresh. If the server node fails and the direct connection cannot be refreshed, please contact customer service via private message or email to obtain a new proxy server node and then refresh the subscription.
